Flair Marketing and Advertising is a full-service agency located in Charleston, SC, which boasts over 30 years’ combined experience in the PR, marketing and advertising fields. In 2004, what began as a small event planning company consisting of two business partners, soon evolved into an integrative marketing firm with five team members, gaining regional, national and international clients. Holly Clayson, Principal
Holly possesses a level of insight, professionalism and enthusiasm that has been tested and proven for more than 20 years. She began her career as a foreign language teacher in Japan where she traveled the world and honed her language and people skills. This set the foundation for her time as a news producer for the ABC affiliate in Charleston, SC.  In 2000, she left television to use the skills she had gained as a journalist to create a career in marketing, advertising and public relations. She spent several years as the Director of Marketing for an independent restaurant group before joining forces with business partner, Susan Sellers, to found Flair Marketing.  On the local, regional and national levels, her expertise has been shaped by time and lies in developing and nurturing client relationships while effectively building marketing strategies to grow her clients’ businesses.
Susan O’Sullivan Sellers, Principal
Susan has over 20 years of experience in the world of television journalism, marketing, advertising and public relations. She began her career in television news in 1994, and after spending 5 years in the news business; she left to pursue a career in the political arena running John McCain’s 2000 presidential campaign in the Peedee and Lowcountry regions of South Carolina. Two years later she was recruited to run the Community and Public Relations department at the South Carolina Aquarium, and in 2002 Susan decided to start her own marketing and public relations firm. Both then and today, she is dedicated to helping local, regional and national businesses by creating powerful and successful marketing and advertising campaigns which propel her clients to new heights.
